How to Audit a Plan
The Planner Audit is used to review the students plan and will show their progress towards their degree if all of their planned requirements are completed successfully.
- Click the “Audit” link on the plan.
- The Planner Audit opens in a new tab in the browser.
Degree Progress
- A complete plan will display a worksheet that meets all degree requirements in which the Credits Progress will display 100% and the Requirements Progress will display 98%.
- 97% is displayed when a non course requirement has not been met such as a minimum GPA.
- Review the Degree Progress (requirements and credits) for the planned audit to determine if anything is missing from the plan.
- The Planner Audit displays classes taken, currently in-progress, pre-registered and planned classes that are used to fulfill the block requirements.
- Planned courses are indicated by the word PLAN in the semester the student intends to take the course.
- Any outstanding requirements will have an red circle beside them.
Close the Planner Audit browser tab to return to the student’s plan.
