How to Audit a Plan

The Planner Audit is used to review the students plan and will show their progress towards their degree if all of their planned requirements are completed successfully.
  1. Click the “Audit” link on the plan.

  2. The Planner Audit opens in a new tab in the browser.

    Degree Progress

    • A complete plan will display a worksheet that meets all degree requirements in which the Credits Progress will display 100% and the Requirements Progress will display 98%.
    • 97% is displayed when a non course requirement has not been met such as a minimum GPA.
  3. Review the Degree Progress (requirements and credits) for the planned audit to determine if anything is missing from the plan.

  4. The Planner Audit displays classes taken, currently in-progress, pre-registered and planned classes that are used to fulfill the block requirements.
    • Planned courses are indicated by the word PLAN in the semester the student intends to take the course.
    • Any outstanding requirements will have an red circle beside them.

Close the Planner Audit browser tab to return to the student’s plan.
