When will I receive my diploma?
Diplomas will be mailed within eight to twelve weeks of the graduation date. If a student has a hold on their record, the diploma will not be mailed.
Where will my diploma be mailed?
The address to where a diploma is mailed is the address that was provided on the application for graduation. Likewise, the name that is printed on the diploma is the name that was entered on the application for graduation.
If you wish to change your address or name on your application for graduation please contact the Office of the Registrar by email to email@example.com or call at 252-328-6525.
Diplomas are shipped through the United States Postal Service. It is important you provide a mailing address on your graduation application that reflects where you will be living two months after graduation rather than where you are currently living.
What are the dimensions of my diploma?
The diploma is 11” x 14”. Certificates, both undergraduate and graduate are 8.5” x 11”.
I received a damaged diploma
If your diploma was damaged in the mail or is incorrect please call 252-328-1739 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I graduated and have not yet received my diploma
If you have not received your diploma and it has been twelve weeks since the date of graduation please call 252-328-1739 or email email@example.com.
If there was a hold on your student account that prevented us from mailing your diploma, please use the Diploma Request – Hold Removed form to request your diploma once that hold has been released.
How do I order a replacement diploma?
Please fill out the Diploma Replacement form, attach payment and mail it to the Office of the Registrar (the mailing address is on the form).
